At the start of October, Aquum on Clapham High Street re-launched following an extensive refurbishment. Now, as well as being a destination for drinks and dancing, Aquum has a foody focus too, with a dedicated restaurant offering.
Head Chef Anastasios Tologlou has been appointed, having previously been at Medlar and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Greek food is what’s on the menu, so guests can enjoy street food like Souvlaki, fragrant fish dishes and slow cooked succulent cuts with a variety of fresh salads and flavoursome small plates.
There’s an extensive range of cocktails including several versions of the classic mojito, and larger sharing cocktails also feature.
Aquum enjoys a late licence at the weekends, so you’ll be able to party until 4 on Fridays and Saturdays. Tables with drinks packages are available, for those looking for a taste of the West End in South West London.
