The guys behind Cattle Grid, the popular steak focused restaurant chain, are now adding a new focus to their repertoire. This time it’s chicken, and not just any chicken Goosnargh chickens will be sourced from the renowned Reg Johnson of Johnson & Swarbrick, who, together with his brother Bud, has been producing slow grown corn-fed chicken for over three decades.  Chickens will be served rotisserie style, with chips, dauphinoise, galettes and crepes joining them on the menu, sounds delicious to me.
