SW4 has been welcoming some the worlds very best DJ’s and live electronic acts for 12 years and has established itself as one of Europe’s best electronic music festivals. After a 2015 that raised the bar to another level by unveiling a massive 10,000 capacity indoor main stage, the largest ever on Clapham Common, it’s back on August Bank Holiday weekend.
The festival has a history of bringing some of the biggest headline acts to South London and this year is no different. Saturday welcomes the likes of Rudimental, DJ EZ and Knife Party. Sunday’s big offerings are The Chemical Brothers, Carl Cox and Sven Vath. There’s no doubt that SW4 will continue the push the boundaries and stake its claim as one of the UK’s finest inner city electronic music festivals.
Having been to the festival a few times I can confirm that SW4 is not to be missed. Personal highlights for myself over the weekend will be Armand Van Helden on the Saturday – an absolute legend who will get the place bouncing. On the Sunday it will have to be the ANTS tent – if you’ve been to this party in Ibiza you’ll know why. If not, you have to get down and find out for yourselves.
With this line up it’s safe to say that this year’s SW4 will be the best ever. Some tickets still available on www.southwestfour.com.
